Kim Bum gains anti-fans after kiss scene with So Hee?

“So Hee’s ahujussi fans are really scary.” That was what Kim Bum felt as the sudden kiss scene has turned into a nightmare for him.

And Kim Bum believes that the increase in anti-fans is not because of him and he didn’t know that there would be such an adverse reaction following the movie trailer release. This was followed by attacks on his cyworld where So Hee’s ahjussi fans posted messages like, “Did you really kiss her?” “Let go of our So Hee” plus some vile messages which can’t be printed and prompted him to shut down his cyworld.

The distributor, Cinemaservice expressed, “We are really shocked at the reaction and attacks towards Kim Bum following the release of that kissing scene in the movie trailer. Although we are happy on one hand to see the movie getting some attention, we hope that constructive criticism is directed towards Kim Bum’s acting and not the person itself.”

They also expressed amazement at how the contrast in popularity between Kim Bum and So Hee is at the present moment. Last spring, at the opening of the movie press conference, Kim Bum was so popular that minders had to usher his female fans away while So Hee was just a new girl group member.

But few months later in this winter, Wonder Girls “Tell Me” has turned into a national phenomenen while Kim Bum has gotten anti-fans because of So Hee.

JYP Entertainment expressed, “We hope that when the movie goes on air in January 2008, Kim Bum and So Hee will have a complementary effect on each other and receive lots of love from everyone at the same time.”

    First of all that is just plain mean! I am SICK and TIRED of you all hating on her! So Hee is really pretty and super talented alright? I would give you a dirty look but you probably already have one. If you have a problem with her then keep your mouth shut. I am a So Hee supporter and fan and she is my favorite actress so don’t you dare insult her. Don’t hate on me either because I’m only twelve. Also, Kim Bum does not like Kim So Eun and is NOT Kim So Eun’s property or they would be together in real life! And do you really think So Eun is prettier than So Hee? So Eun kind of looks like some plain and shy high school girl while So Hee looks unique and stands out. So stop making up bogus and just be nice, because Ahn So Hee didn’t do anything wrong, and she is a really great, kind, and funny person. I figured out that people who ship So Eun and Kim Bum think that So Eun is quiet and boring like them so they can pretend to be like her and they can imagine themselves with Kim Bum and would actually have the chance to be with him if it was possible. Meanwhile they hate on Ahn So Hee because she is bold, funny, cool, and actually has a personality! They can’t imagine themselves as So Hee because she is too pretty! Saying that stuff makes you look bad and jealous and saying those things about So Eun and Kim Bum won’t make them a couple in real life so don’t waste your time.

  2. i never understood fans’ anger or pain at seeing their idols kissing someone or having a boyfriend/girlfriend or anything. like don’t you want them to be happy and have someone who loves them? does every fangirl half their idol’s age really think they have a chance with him or what. as for this event, sohee chose to star in this movie which had a kiss scene. what movie doesn’t? fans wanna see people in movies and dramas but expect them to not do what’s expected in dramas? it’s an actress’s job to do these scenes. i really don’t understand what problem people have with this. you don’t control their life.
